Lelo Ella is far from being a new sex toy, on the other hand it is one of the rare dildos of the brand. Indeed, Lelo offers, in general, intimate vibrators which prompted me to want to test the dildo Lelo Ella.
Well, I’m not taking too much risk, the Lelo brand is certainly one of the best brands of sex toys on the market, so I don’t see why the Lelo Ella would deviate from the rule.

Packaging of Lelo Ella
As usual, there is nothing to complain about, Lelo is no exception to the rule, the packaging is just magnificent, a pleasure to look at and to discover.
We stay on the same principle as the other Lelo sex toys. A cardboard envelope that covers a superb box.
Nothing bling bling here, everything is elegance and minimalism. I had already spoken about it but Lelo stands out from other brands of sex toys by taking up the codes of luxury.
By receiving your package and discovering this superb packaging, Lelo immediately puts you in condition to enjoy your new sex toy.
Inside the box is: the Lelo Ella, the user manual and a small satin pouch to store it.
It’s a shame that other brands of sextoys are not inspired by Lelo’s work, yet packaging is the BA-BA of marketing. The first thing a consumer looks at is the packaging, so you might as well make it an asset!
Design of the Lelo Ella
Important point to note, the Lelo Ella dildo is reversible. Indeed, on one side the sextoy has the shape of a « hoof » to stimulate the G point, on the other side its shape is flatter and more slender for a more classic stimulation of your vaginal walls.
The design is perfect, by that I mean there is no trace of seams. In fact the Lelo Ella is smooth which is still more pleasant for penetration.
It is 19.5 cm long with a diameter of 3 cm for the thin part and a diameter of 5 cm for the hoof.
I like its slender side, its simple and clean lines. No superfluous here, we immediately understand what this is for dildo and so much the better.
It just goes to show that simplicity is sometimes more effective than originality. You still need to know how to do it.
Lelo Ella material
Lelo Ella is completely made of medical grade silicone. It is very soft to the touch, odorless and is hypoallergenic. I add that it does not contain phthalate, which for me is a real plus.
To the touch, it is as soft as velvet or satin. Contrary to what I thought, the michet dildo is not totally rigid, the hoof-shaped head is quite flexible which is more pleasant to stimulate the G-spot.
I recall it regularly but as we say « it goes without saying it but it gets better by saying it ». So, as the Lelo Ella is made of silicone, it must be used with a water-based lubricant. Don’t use silicone-based lubricant unless you want to make it sticky …

This is the first time that I have tested a reversible sex toy. So I will have to bring you some information on the thin part and on the hoof-shaped part. First of all, I would like to point out that the Lelo Ella dildo is surprising because of its softness. Suddenly, just the fact of taking it in the hand is a real pleasure!

Due to its very smooth design, insertion is very easy. I even come to wonder if lubrication via intimate gel is really necessary when used on this side.
It’s so slippery that I might not have lubricated it first. I have quite a lot of vaginal secretions, so with such a smooth sex toy I would refrain from using an intimate gel the next time.
However, once the lubricant was removed from my fingers, everything is back to normal.
The length is sufficient to stimulate the deep spot and the sensations are very pleasant. I used the shoe to be able to move back and forth and turn it around.
I had the impression that my vagina was going to completely absorb the sextoy so much the movements are done in a fluid way thanks to its softness.
This part of the sex toy has a fairly flared shape in its center and suddenly you feel the vagina gently move aside to let it fully enter. This enlargement of the sextoy makes it possible to accentuate the sensations at the level of the vaginal walls and that changes too elongated dildos.
On some sextoys blog i found negative feedback on the lelo logo which is on the dildo body. A priori some women feel a small gene due to its presence. Personally, I did not feel it. This may have to do with the fact that I used a lubricant or just that I wet a lot.

You can make back and forth movements or rotary movements according to your desires. For my part, I preferred the rotary movements because the surface of the Lelo Ella dildo remains perfectly in place and the stimulation of the G-spot seems optimal to me.
At the same time, I used my other hand to stimulate my clitoris. A real delight!
In addition, this rotating method makes it possible to take full advantage of the flexibility of the Lelo Ella’s head. We can clearly feel the head moving but it never leaves the G-spot, thus offering continuous and very pleasant stimulation.
Caring for your Lelo Ella
There are no 36 solutions here, the sex toy can go under water without any problem and you can use hand soap. Remember to wipe it off with a soft cloth.
Like all sex toys, you can also use a sex toy cleaner.
For storage you have 2 options: either you put it in its box or you use the satin pouch provided. Unlike many silicone sex toys, the Lelo Ella does not retain dust, but this does not mean that it should be left lying around in a drawer without properly storing it.
Conclusion
I find it a negative point which is linked to the fact that it is too slippery when you add lubricant. In reality, it is a bit of a defect in its qualities. Its ultra soft and smooth material makes it very slippery when it is too lubricated.
So a piece of advice, if like me you have significant natural lubrication, there is no need to add more lubricant.
On the other hand, if this is not your case, only put a small dab it will be more than enough. On the one hand, it’s more economical so we won’t complain!
Otherwise, nothing to complain about, the design is superb, the sensations are there and I really like having a reversible sex toy: 2 for the price of one.
Speaking of the price, I congratulate Lelo for having offered such a powerful sex toy at a price of around 40 euros! It’s rare enough to be able to underline it.
